How to commission

We've worked for a variety of clients including commercial, charitable and private events and you can see images of most of these through the links on the right. We're spoiled for choice when it comes to selecting buildings for new ranges, so we're very keen on bespoke projects where the decision is taken for us and all suggestions and projects are gratefully received and considered!

Artworking
Commissions for new images are subject to a one-off artworking fee. We're then able to decorate bone china, textiles, roller blinds and paper products - and are open to ideas for other applications.

Quantities
We can produce as many or as few pieces as you require, but be aware that the unit cost will increase on lower numbers due to the way we produce our images.

Colours
We prefer to work to Pantone specifications to avoid confusion. Some colours are impossible to mix in ceramic ink as we screenprint imagery to achieve the rich flat colour synonymous with our designs. There are fewer restrictions for textile print and we can supply more information about this as necessary.

Deluxe options
We can offer deluxe printing in real gold or platinum line on a coloured background but, unlike other ware, metallic colour is neither dishwasher nor microwave safe.

Image sourcing
We work mainly from high resolution photographs and are happy to make site visits within London. If buildings are further afield this may incur photography costs, though we're happy to work from supplied images as long as these are of sufficient quality.

Lead times
This depends on the complexity of design and availability of ware and can be as little as eight weeks, but is normally around four months.

Prices
These are determined by the size of your order and we'll quote as appropriate.

Payment
When applicable, 50% of the artworking fee is payable up front, on approval of image choice. The balance is due on approval of the artwork and the first delivery of ware is subject to pro forma payment. Future orders are to be paid for on delivery.
